How we use sources
Definitions and general principles should be checked against chemistry references such as IUPAC and NIST. Appliance claims must be checked against the current manual for the exact model and region. A general scientific principle does not override an equipment restriction.
We link primary references where they help readers verify a mechanism or a product boundary. External pages can change. For any safety-critical decision, consult the original current instructions rather than relying on a summary here.
What the site does not claim
This is not a testing laboratory, repair service, medical resource or food-preservation authority. The guides do not establish a universal best carbonator. We have not conducted a controlled comparative test of the manufacturers mentioned.
Our images are illustrative. Original labelled mechanism diagrams simplify processes and are not to scale. Neither images nor diagrams provide operating pressures, equipment specifications or measured experimental results.
